The benefit period runs from September 1st through August 31st of each year, with open enrollment held during the month of August. Enrollments received after August 15th may result in a delay in processing and ID cards.

If you are a new employee, you must satisfy the 90-day waiting period before enrolling.

Once again there are two versions of the enrollment forms. As indicated, one version you can either complete online and print or print and complete in pen. This version can then be emailed, faxed or mailed via USPS which allows you to keep a copy. The other version you will complete online and submit through the website. You will not be able to save a copy of this version.
Flex & Dependent Care participation must be elected each year – this does not automatically renew.
